Decorated Chocolate Box

Idag visar jag en dekorerad Toffifee-ask som jag ska ge bort till någon till Alla-Hjärtans-Dag.

Today I show a decorated Toffifee box that I will give to someone at Valentines Day.

Christmas - Pop Up Box Card

Hi there!

As some of you probably already know I'm crazy about card foldings.

So here comes another one

It's a Pop Up Box Card!

Som du kanske redan vet så är jag galen i kortvikningar.

Så här kommer en till

Det är en Pop Up Box Card!

Front/framsida

Back/baksida

No problems sending it, you just fold it together!

Inga problem att skicka det, bara vik ihop det!

Pattern paper/ Mönstrat papper

Stamps/stämplar:

Dies:

The tutorial

1 piece of cardstock: 8 1/2" x 5" - the box

3 pieces of cardstock: 3 1/4" x 1" - "holders"

Score the box piece with the 5" side up at 2 1/2" down to 6"
Turn the paper so that you get the 8 1/2" side up.
Cut 2", 4", 6" & 8" down to the scored line (2 1/2")
Now you score from the cut-lines down to the bottom at 2", 4", 6" & 8". You don't turn the paper, just keep going from the cuts to scoring. See picture below.
You'll get a tab on the right side = 1/2". Cut off the part above the score line and cut the corners at the tab you got left. See picture below.

Beskrivning

1 del cardstock: 8 1/2" x 5" - asken

3 delar cardstock: 3 1/4" x 1 - hållare

Biga ask delen med 5" sidan uppåt på 2 1/2" ner till 6"
Vänd pappret så att du får 8 1/2" sidan uppåt.
Skär 2", 4", 6" & 8" ner till den bigade linjen (2 1/2")
Nu ska du biga från det du har skurit ner till botten 2", 4", 6" & 8". Vänd inte pappret, utan fortsätt från det du har skurit och gå över till att biga. Se bilden nedan.
Du har en flik på höger sida = 1/2". Skär av den övre delen ovanför biglinjen och snedda hörnen på flliken du har kvar. Se bilden nedan.

Red lines = cut/ skär

Blue lines = score/ biga

Before putting the box together, decorate your box with pattern paper.

2 pieces 4 7/8" x 1 7/8" - front & backside panel that isn't scored
6 pieces 2 3/8" x 1 7/8" - for the other parts

Attach glue on the tab and close the box.

Innan du sätter ihop asken, så dekorera med mönstrat papper.

2 delar 4 7/8" x 1 7/8" - fram och baksida av panelen som inte är bigad.
6 delar 2 3/8" x 1 7/8" - dom andra delarna.

Sätt lim på fliken och stäng asken.

Now you're going to make the "holders" for the decorations inside the box.

Score the 3 pieces at 5/8" in both ends.
There are two ways to fasten the decorations at the holders
If you want something higher up, you can use a strip of acetate. Attach the decoration with strong tape (I used red tape, cause when I used glue the decoration fell of). Then you attach it on the holder in the height that you want.

or...

you can attach your decoration directly on to the holder.

Nu ska du göra hållarna för dekorationerna som ska vara inne i asken.

Biga de 3 delarna 5/8" i båda ändarna.
Det finns två sätt att fästa dekorationerna på hållarna.
Om du vill ha något högre upp, så kan du använda en remsa acetat. Fäst dekorationen med en stark tejp (jag använde röd tejp, för när jag använde lim så föll dekorationen av) Sen fäster du den på hållaren i den höjd som du vill.

eller...

så kan du fästa dekorationen direkt på hållaren.

Tips...

When you use decorations that stick out on the sides of the box, try to close the box to a card. You might have to move something to be able to close the box.

If you want more holders, cut off a bit of the sides that you scored

and

if you want even more decorations, you can put more than one on to the holder.

Tips

När du använder dekorationer som sticker ut från sidorna av asken, försöka att stänga asken till ett kort. Du kanske måste flytta på något för att kunna stänga asken.

Om du vill ha fler hållare, skär bort en bit av sidorna där du har bigat

och

om du vill ha ännu mer dekorationer, så kan du sätta fler än en på din hållare.

Drawer Box

Hi there!

I've been at Gummiapans event in Trelleborg and it was fantastic!

I had a workshop showing how to make a Drawer Box and I had a lot of participants!

They did a really good job!

One of them even helped me to change the measure of the lid, so now it fits perfectly.

Drawer Box - tutorial

Mainbox: 12" x 6 1/4" Cardstock - 1 piece

score along the 12" side at: 3", 6" & 9"

2 7/8" x 5 3/4" Pattern paper 4 pieces for the panels (if you want to decorate inside, 8 pcs)

Drawers: 5 7/8" x 5 7/8" Cardstock - 4 pieces

score at 1 1/2" at all four sides

2 5/8" x 1 3/8" Pattern paper - 12 pieces (only at 3 sides of the drawer)

The Lid: 5 3/8" x 5 3/8" Cardstock- 1 piece

score at 1 1/8" at all four sides

3" x 3" Pattern paper - 1 piece

3" x 1" Pattern paper - 4 pieces

Main box: cut out & score
Attach the pattern paper on to the panels of the box.
Drawer: cut out & score
Cut for off the scored lines, from the bottom up to the score line. Do the same at the opposite side. See the picture below.
Cut the corners

Attach the pattern papers to 3 sides of the drawers
Glue the sides together so that you get a box.
The easiest way to attach the drawers in the box: Start with one drawer on the top of the left panel and one drawer on the bottom of the right panel of the box. Now it's easier to fit in the other two drawers.

Make the lid the same way that you made the drawers. Put pattern paper (3" x 3") on top of the lid and the other 4 pieces (3" x 1") at the sides.

On top of the lid I placed a mini EaselCard

Easelcard, piece a: 4" x 2 1/2" Cardstock - 1 piece

biga 1" & 2"

piece b: 2 1/2" x 2" - 1 piece

Attach piece b onto piece a and write a message.

Drawer Box - beskrivning

Asken : 12" x 6 1/4" Cardstock - 1 del

biga längs med 12 " sidan: 3", 6" & 9"

2 7/8" x 5 3/4" Mönstrat papper 4 delar (om du vill dekorera insidan, 8 delar)

Lådor: 5 7/8" x 5 7/8" Cardstock - 4 delar
biga 1 1/2" på alla 4 sidorna

2 5/8" x 1 3/8" Mönstrat papper - 12 delar (endast på 3 sidor av lådorna)

Locket: 5 3/8" x 5 3/8" Cardstock- 1 del
biga 1 1/8" på alla 4 sidorna

3" x 3" Mönstrat papper - 1 del
3" x 1" Mönstrat papper - 4 delar

Asken: skär ut & biga
Fäst det mönstrade pappret på boxens paneler.
Lådor: Skär ut & biga
Skär ut de bigade linjerna, från botten upp till biglinjen. Gör samma sak på motsatta sidan. Se bilden nedanför.
Snedda hörnen

Fäst det mönstrade pappret på 3 sidor av lådorna.
Limma ihop sidorna så att du får en ask.
Det enklaste sättet av fästa lådorna i asken: börja med en låda längst upp till vänster på panelen och en låda nere till höger på panelen. Nu är det enklare att passa in dom andra två lådorna.

Gör locket på samma sätt som du gjorde lådorna. Fäst mönstrat papper ( 3" x 3") på lockets ovansida och dom andra 4 delarna(3" x 1") på sidorna.

På locket har jag satt ett mini EaselCard

biga 1" & 2"

del b: 2 1/2" x 2" - 1 del

Fäst del b på del a och skriv ett meddelande

Rainbow milk box

Hello

A perfect handbag with a lot of messages

A friend showed me a lovely tutorial for a handbag.

So now I want to show it for you to!

En vän visade mig en underbar beskrivning på en handväska.

Så nu vill jag visa er också!

This is how it looks when you open it!

Så här ser den ut när du öppnar den!

Cardstock 12" x 12"

Score Valleyfold (marked with red) at 4" & 8"

turn the paper and

score at 4" & 8"

Turn the paper around and score all the lines that I marked blue, Mountain fold

Crease all the folds well so that the purse can be closed.

Biga "dal" (markerat med rött) 4" & 8"

vänd pappret och

biga 4" & 8"

Vänd sida på pappret och biga alla linjer som jag har markerat blått, "berg".

Dra bigaren över alla bigade linjerna så att vikningarna blir skarpa och man kan stänga handväskan.

The Flap/Lock

Cut a piece of cardstock at 4" x 4 1/2 "

Score with the longside up at 2" & 2 1/2"

To make the handle, cut a piece at 4" x 1/2" (or as you prefer)

I fastened the handle with brads, it's strong and it looks nice.

After decorating the purse with patterned paper;

Attach the flap on to the back of the purse with strong tape.

Use magnets at the front, so that you can open/close the purse.

Skär en del cardstock 4" x 4 1/2"

Biga med långsidan uppåt: 2" & 2 1/2"

För att göra handtaget, skär ut 4" x 1/2" (eller som du själv vill ha den)

Jag fäste handtaget med brads, det är håller och ser snyggt ut.

Efter du har dekorerat väskan med mönstrat papper;

Fäst locket på baksidan med stark tape.

Använd magneter till framsidan, så att du kan öppna/stänga väskan.

Recykled giftbox

Hej

Jeg er stor tilhænger af genbrug . Her har jeg brugt emballage fra en parfumeæske . Jeg har lavet et shakerkort ovenpå låget . Jeg vil bruge æsken som indpakning til en pengegave .

I am all in for recykling . So here I used a perfumebox someone gave me . I made a shakercard on top of the lid . I Think it will be a good box to use for a Monet present .

The tutorial

Beskrivningen

Cardstock 6" x 8 1/2"
Score with the longest side up at: 4" & 8"
Turn the paper around
Score with the short side up at: 1" & 5"
Turn the paper back again, make sure that the tab is on the right side.
Cut at 2", 4" & 6" from the top down to the scoreline. See the picture.
Score diagonal as the picture shows
Cut out a part of the tab, next to the 4 bottom tabs
Cut the opposite corner of the tab

Cardstock 6" x 8 1/2"
Biga med den längsta sidan up: 4" & 8"
Vänd pappret
Biga med den korta sidan upp: 1" & 5"
Vänd tillbaka pappret igen, se till att du har fliken till höger
Skär 2", 4" & 6" från toppen ner till biglinjen Se bilden
Biga diagonalt som bilden visar
Skär bort en bit av fliken, bredvid dom 4 bottenflikarna.
Snedda det motsatta hörnet av fliken

Score lines are black

Cut lines are red

Big linjer är svarta
Skär linjer är röda

If you want patterned paper, cut 2 pieces at 3 3/4" x 3 3/4"
Mark the middle and cut out 3 pieces diagonal as the picture below shows.
Attach the pattern pieces with tape on to the cardstock.
Attach a strong tape or glue along the tab and close the box
Then you attach tape or glue on the bottom tabs and close them
To make the bottom a bit stronger, I put some patterned paper and cardstock on to the bottom tabs. Maybe you want to write something there, a secret message...

Om du vill ha mönstrat papper, skär ut 2 bitar: 3 3/4" x 3 3/4"
Markera mitten och skär ut 3 delar diagonalt som bilden nedan visar.
Fäst dom mönstrade delarna på cardstocken
Fäst en stark tejp eller lim på fliken och stäng boxen.
Fäst en stark tejp eller lim på bottenflikarna och stäng dom
För att göra botten lite starkare, så fäste jag lite mönstrat papper och cardstock på bottenflikarna Kanske du vill skriva något där, ett hemligt meddelande...
