Någon av dagarna mellan jul och nyår kommer jag att ägna till det jag egentligen inte gillar men ser är nödvändigt: få lite ordning och reda på alla stämplar och dies... Då jag gottat mej med Gummiapans båda kalendrar har jag lite pyssel att se fram emot!
Since I spoilt myself with both Gummiapan calendars I have some work to do, not the kind of work I like actually, but a necessary one... I have to create some order here!
Först ut blir stämplarna:
Jag förvarar mina stämplar i plastkuvert i A5-storlek, stående i plastboxar från Ikea. Jag har dem sorterade lite på tema med texter för sig.
I keep my stamps in plastic envelopes, stored in IKEA boxes.
I varje plastficka finns ett pappersark med motiven på samt ett plastark (OH-plast) där stämplarna sitter. På så sätt skulle det inte vara ett så stort jobb att sortera om ifall jag önskar: bara att stämpla nytt försättsblad.
Inside the plastic envelope there's a paper with the stamps and a plastic sheet which the stamps are attached to. This way it's quite easy if I choose to make any changes: I just stamp a new frontpage.
Stämplarna fäster på plastarket, och vid användning på stämpelkloss, med hjälp av Tombowlim. Limmet stryks på baksidan av stämplarna och blit självhäftande när det torkat sådär en timma. Helt suveränt bra!
MEN glöm inte: limmet är ruskigt bra även som just lim!
The stamps attach to the plastic sheet, and also to the acrylic block whilst stamping, with the help of Tombow glue. You just apply a thin layer and leave it to dry for an hour, then it's self-adhesive. Works great!
BUT don't forget, it's also great when used as glue!
Min diesförvaring:
Jag använder samma sorts ikealåda. På kartong i A5-storkek ungefär har jag fäst självhäftande magnetark. Det här funkar finfint för mej, lätt att bläddra och enkelt att ta med.
I store my dies in the same kind of IKEA box. On cardboard I've attached magnetic sheets, this works great for me -easy to find what you search for and also easy to bring when crafting with friends.
Ett sista tips om nån har missat: den här sortens nålar är perfekta till burkarna med Brushopulver: lätta att hantera och dessutom lite färgkodning för att hitta rätt!
One last tip if someone missed: this kind of needles are great to use for Brushos: easy to handle and also the colour makes it easy to find the right one.
