Today I will show a shaker card that I made for the demo I did during the Gummiapan Miniträff/Cyber crop that was held last weekend.
I used shrink plastic and die cut some ginger bread (pepparkakor) and God Jul to use in the shaker window together with some fake snow.
The tiny ginger breads are old give aways from Gummiapan.

Fina nya motiv gör att det kliar i julkortsfingrarna och det är allt bra! För varje år blir det gärna lite snärjigt när det väl närmar sig postdax... I alla fall för mig!
Här har jag gått loss med distressad bakgrund och bjällror i milda färger, kul att de finns i flera storlekar!
All the new christmassy motifs really make me want to create! And that's good because when last day for the mailbox appears I always feel like there's not enough time....
For this card I've used distress inks for the background as well as the motifs. I really like that there's three different sizes.
Först guldembossade jag bjällrorna, sen färgade jag in motiv och bakgrund. Allra sist skvätte jag lite färg.
First I heat embossed the motifs in gold, then I colored the background and last i finished it by adding some sprinkles.

Tutorial/Beskrivning
Cut a cardbase
(white part): 29 x 14,5 cm
score: 7,2 & 14,5 cm
(pink part): 24 x 12 cm
score: 12 & 18 cm
Place the big pink panel on to the small white panel, without fasten it. Make sure that you can close the card and it looks good. Then you attach it.
Put doublesided tape on to the right panel (the pink one) and just close your card. It will get in the right place automatically.
Your cardbase is done!

Det dröjer allt ett bra tag till jul men nog är det dax att börja fundera på julkorten!
Jag har gjort två kort med ett snarlikt upplägg. Kransarna och den lilla fågeln är stämplade på akvarellpapper och färglagda med Karin Brushmarkers. Apan är färglagd med Copics.
Even though it feels like itś far away I think it's time to start thinking about the Christmas cards!
I've made two similar cards but used different texts and animals. The wreaths are stamped on aquarelle paper and colored with Karin Brushmarkers and so is the little bird. The monkey is colored with Copic pens.

Gummiapan har ju precis släppt en massa nya, fina stämplar. De två bakgrundsstämplarna jag har använt här blev riktiga favoriter för min del! Och bannern är också väldigt användbar, här tillsammans med en text och de fina frökapslarna. Dem målade jag med Superior Aquarelle.
As you may have noticed, Gummiapan just released a lot of new, wonderful stamps. These two background stamps are going to be big favorites for me! The banner is also very veratile, here I used it with a sentiment and the beautiful seed capsules. I colored them with Superior Aquarelle.
